	Gift certificates are a simple way to buy someone a gift and let them choose the gift, no more un-wanted presents. If you're sending a gift, let us take care of all the details. We’ll deliver your chosen item direct to the recipient, and we'll even include a gift card with your own personal message.


	Purchasing a gift certificate
	Purchasing a Gift Certificate is easy and a lot less stressful than a trip down the shops. To order a gift certificate follow the instructions below. Click the "Buy Gift Certificate" link located under the services tab on the left side off any page If the gift certificate is for someone else fill in their name and email address in the space provided. Then tell us your name and e-mail address in case there is a problem with the certificate Next enter the value you wish to place on the certificate (currently it is a maximum vale of £100) Add any message you wish to send to the recipient attached to the certificate You may send the certificate to more than one person to do this simply add their email address separated by commas in the space provided. Fill in your details and pay by the usual methods and your gift certificate is sent to your chosen friend by email.
	Redeeming a gift certificate
	To redeem your certificate, simply follow the steps below. Select the items you wish to order Add them to your shopping basket in the normal way When you are finished shopping proceed to checkout by clicking the "view cart" button at the top of your page and following the relevant link When entering your personal details, enter the gift certificate code into the space provided at the bottom of the page. You will find your code on the e-mail you received from JNKcomponents. That is it simply continue the checkout process and the gift certificate will be discounted from your order total.
	Gift certificates FAQ's.
	Can a customer use only a portion of the gift certificate? Yes, the portion used is deducted from the remaining amount. A customer can then use the remaining amount for a purchase at some other time. What happens if the gift certificate is less than the amount ordered? The customer will be required to pay the difference between the amount purchased and the value of the gift certificate using our normal payment methods. What happens if there is a problem with my certificate? Simply contact one of our customer service agents and we will be only to happy to assist you with any problems you may have.
	Terms and conditions
	1. Gift certificates must be redeemed at our Web site, toward the purchase of products listed in jnkcomponents.co.uk's online store. They cannot be redeemed at any of our premises only through our web site. 2. The gift certificate cannot be used to pay for jnkcomponents.co.uk gift certificates. 3. The gift certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account. 4. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card or Cheque. 5. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
