If you receive any product from JNK components that is defective or you receive the wrong item, you may return the product for a full refund, or you may exchange it for another item. You must notify us, however, within 48 hours of receiving the product, you may notify us using the contact page which can be found in the "my account" section.
You may also return goods within the cooling off period (5 working days ) without any reason and a full refund made. When returning goods during the cooling off period goods must be returned within seven days from the date your order was dispatched.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
Fill out the back of the delivery slip, giving the reason for the return. Please include your order number
if you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your order number, which you will be able to find in Customer Service, linked from the left side of any of JNK components web pages. Log in using your surname and password and click the review orders link. A complete list of your orders will be displayed make a note of your order number and attach it to your return slip.
in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided on the delivery slip
wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories
then send the package to the address below:
